  1. I say this as an AEW fan…

For now, stop signing people. The roster is bloated as it is and there are only so many spots .

  2. I will agree with you unless it’s Keith Lee 🙂

  3. Keith Lee would be a good addition if they had a good booker.

I’ve looked over the official AEW roster a few times, and excluding the non wrestling people, I see 49 men and 14 women worth keeping. From what I can tell that’s 63 of 122 people they list as wrestlers. Add Keith Lee as male wrestler #50 and work to get 6 more women who at least have the potential to be something.

Do Dynamite on Wednesday night with a single dark opening match and dark main event at most. Tape a one hour YouTube show with a decent midcard main event leading into a one hour live Rampage every Friday. Cut out everything else. Pay better than indy show money to jobbers you bring in but don’t give them contracts unless someone has real potential to be a draw.

There’s a way for AEW to tighten things up, book things well, and grow going forward. It won’t happen until the billionaire’s kid hires a booker and gets out of the way.
