Ring of Honor announced that Taiji Ishimori will defend the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship against Bandido and Dragon Lee in a three-way match at the G1 Supercard event. The show will be held on April 6 in New York at Madison Square Garden.
Powell’s POV: That should be one hell of a match. We also know that Jay White will defend the IWGP Heavyweight Championship against the winner of the New Japan Cup tournament at MSG. We’ll be learning a lot more about the MSG event coming out of next Friday’s ROH 17th Anniversary pay-per-view event.
