-WWE Smackdown Live is not so live in that the show will be taped today in Manchester, England at Manchester Arena. Join Jake Barnett for live coverage as the show airs on USA Network at 7CT/8ET. Members will hear my audio review later tonight, and I will be by again on Wednesday with the WWE Smackdown Hit List.

-WWE is in Leeds, England at First Direct Arena today with the following advertised matches: Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose for the Intercontinental Championship, Braun Strowman vs. Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler in a handicap match, Natalya vs. Nikki Bella, Heath Slater and Rhyno vs. No Way Jose and Tyler Breeze, Sasha Banks, Ember Moon, and Dana Brooke vs. Alexa Bliss, Ruby Riott, and Sarah Logan, The B-Team vs. The Ascension, Bobby Roode and Chad Gable vs. AOP, Zack Ryder vs. Curt Hawkins, and Ligero vs. Zack Gibson.

-The Ring of Honor TV show includes Silas Young facing an opponent of Flip Gordon’s choosing in a match with stipulations involving Gordon and Bully Ray. My written and members’ exclusive audio review should both be available today.

-The WWE Mixed Match Challenge streams on Facebook Watch tonight at 9CT/10ET. Each 30-minute show will feature a pair of mixed tag matches in the round robin tournament.

-The dark main events advertised for tonight’s Smackdown taping are AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan, and Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton, The Miz, and Shinsuke Nakamura, and Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka vs. Carmella for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

-Hiroyo Matsumoto is 33.

-NWA Champion Nick “Magnus” Aldis is 32.

-The late Sky Low Low (a/k/a Marcel Gauthier) died at age 70 on November 6, 1998.
