WWE is being sued on behalf of Jimmy Snuka, Road Warrior Animal (Joe Laurinaitis), and King Kong Bundy (Chris Pallies), and several additional wrestlers over head trauma issues. WWE is accused of failing to care for the repeated head injuries. Read more at Bloomberg.com.

WWE issued the following statement to Prowrestling.net regarding the lawsuit: “This is another ridiculous attempt by the same attorney who has previously filed class action lawsuits against WWE, both of which have been dismissed. A federal judge has already found that this lawyer made patently false allegations about WWE, and this is more of the same. We’re confident this lawsuit will suffer the same fate as his prior attempts and be dismissed.”

Powell’s POV: Other wrestlers named on the long list of plaintiffs reportedly includes Paul Orndroff, Chavo Guerrero Jr, Chavo Guerrero Sr., Bryan Clark, Ahmed Johnson, Kamala, Ken Patera, Sabu, Ax and Smash of Demolition, John Nord, Jim Brunzell, Marty Jannetty, Jon Heidenreich, The Warlord, The Barbarian, Slick, One Man Gang, and referees Dave and Earl Hebner.
