The National Wrestling Alliance announced that Jim Cornette will be a member of the studio show’s broadcast team. Check out the video that announced Cornette’s involvement below or via the NWA’s Youtube Page.
Powell’s POV: Cornette called the Crockett Cup event with Joe Galli and Tony Schiavone and did a nice job. The studio show will be taped on September 30 and October 1 in Atlanta, Georgia at GPB Studios.
Oh good, a guy stuck in the 80’s as the voice of the new NWA.
Oh good, a guy who drew more money than everyone in AEW combined ever will as the voice of the new NWA.
When you’re older than every AEW roster member combined then yes that’s possible. Not sure what it has to do with my comment though, I didn’t mention AEW
No, you just made the typical comedy wrestling fanboy schmuck comment.
BTW, go check out Cornette’s effusive praise of the WALTER vs Tyler Bate match. When it’s good he’s a fan, and he’s still smarter about the business today than nearly everyone.
This is excellent news! Gives credibility to the new show!
