The third episode of the “Dark Side of the Ring” pro wrestling documentary series airs tonight on Viceland and focuses on the the killing of Bruiser Brody in Puerto Rico. The series airs Wednesdays at 8CT/9ET at Viceland. Check out “The Killing of Bruiser Brody” documentary below or at Viceland.com.
Powell’s POV: Viceland aired previous shows on Randy Savage and Elizabeth, and the Montreal Screwjob. Future shows focus on Gino Hernandez and his suspicious death, the Von Erich family with a great interview with Kevin Von Erich, and Fabulous Moolah. Viceland is on DirecTV 271, Dish Network 121, and on various cable networks.

Viceland has had it available for download for a couple of weeks On Demand via DirecTV. I feel for Tony Atlas- he was a hero that night, deserved justice for his friend, and instead people like Larry Shreeve (Abdullah) continue to lie and cover up for Invader, all in the name of protecting their image. Abby’s already been drug in the mud over infecting wrestlers with Hepatitis. When you see this, you’ll see how he deserves all the negative publicity he gets.
Watch for Abdullah to drop the comment that he owned five percent of WWC- he didn’t do a thing to help Brody’s family get justice, yet he decides to console Brody’s wife at the airport after he tells her Brody died?!? Maybe he’s not looking for respect from the wrestling community, but when he can openly campaign for people to feel sorry for him to the point that WWE put him in their Hall of Fame and know that he actively took part in the cover up of the death of arguably his biggest rival is despicable.
They gave this one for free on their YouTube channel a couple of weeks ago. Fantastic but it might come off as humorous with the reenactments and Abdullah The Butcher and Tony Atlas coming off as a bit idiotic. The son and wife of Brody come off great and you will become very sympathetic to them.
Yeah, it was a weird watch at times. Atlas definitely came across as daft.
Idiotic? Are you Invader 1 by chance?
