The venue wasn’t sold out, but it was about 90 percent full.
1. Mojo Rawley defeated Murphy via pinfall. The crowed was “hyped” for Mojo the entire match.
2. Andrade Almas defeated Blake via pinfall.
3. Bayley and Carmella defeated Mandy Rose and Daria when they both hit their finishers.
4. Hideo Itami defeated Austin Aries via pinfall after hitting the shinning wizard.
5. The Revival Defeated Johnny Gargano and Tamasso Champa to retain The NXT Tag Titles via pinfall. The crowd was hot for this match the entire time. Johnny Wrestling and Champa are over big time as a baby face tag team. The Revival as got monster heat like I haven’t seen since Tully and Arn.
6. Asuka defeated Nia Jax via pinfall to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.
7. Shinsuke Nakamura and Finn Balor defeated Samoa Joe and Bobby Roode via pinfall when Finn hit the Coup De Grace.
After the match, Bayley came to the ring and thanked Finn Balor for helping put NXT on the map. She also thanked everyone who was drafted to the main roster so Mojo, Carmella, and Nia Jax entered the ring. Finn thanked Matt Bloom and others for helping him in NXT. Fans went home happy. This was Finn Balor’s final NXT appearance.
