Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite television show produced 1.014 million viewers for Wednesday’s episode on TNT, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The viewership count was down from the 1.140 million viewers who watched last week’s episode.
Powell’s POV: AEW finished fifth in the cable ratings in the 18-49 demographic. AEW won the weekly battle over NXT by 302,000 viewers. It’s worth noting that neither show faced MLB playoff competition due to a weather related postponement, yet the numbers for both shows were down slightly.
AEW and their horrible flippy crap that appeals to neckbeards is down over 400k in just 3 shows. They’ll be under 1 million next week and possibly done in a year. Nobody wants to see balding midgets like the Bald Bucks kicking out of finishers 73 times thus burying the guys they’re supposedly putting over. Kenny O has always sucked. Cody and Jericho are the only things close to real stars on the roster. Page has a shot as does MJF. That’s pretty much it at this point.
How long before the money mark’s dad makes his ditch his new toy?
Hey, you can always go watch Roman Reigns get his ass whupped for most of the match after he hits the ring post, kick out of everything until he spears and gets the win, like every match! The choice is yours!
This wonderful comment was obviously written by some toxic anti-AEW dipshit who can’t appreciate or even notice good fun pro-wrestling if it kicked him or her in the teeth.
And the Bucks put over Private Party – how is that burying talent? It’s morons like this guy who’s ruining wrestling.
I know you said you liked NWA, right? So here’s a stat for you: it had 144,000 YT viewers, 22.1% of which came from AEW dark. AEW could probably use a “thank you” for the lead in.
Oh and Moxley and the Lucha Bros are also real stars. Most fans probably know them. Just saying.
