Various pro wrestling personalities have launched a Go Fund Me page for the Lexi, the daughter of the late Ashley Massaro. The “Squared Circle Sisters” are hoping to raise $100,000. “Every dollar raised will go into an official New York State 529 college savings plan (technical schools, vocational schools and career colleges all included) to provide for Lexi’s continued education – which would have made Ashley so happy,” reads the description. To donate to the cause or for more details, visit GoFundMe.com.
Powell’s POV: Former WWE ring announcer Lilian Garcia is listed as the official campaign organizer. It’s a classy move by Ashley’s friends and former co-workers. Hopefully this fundraising effort is successful and perhaps the SCS continue to use their star power for other good causes.
