The following matches are advertised for WrestleMania 35, which will be held on April 7 in East Rutherford, New Jersey at MetLife Stadium.
-Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair in a Triple Threat for the Raw Women’s Championship
-Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship
-Batista vs. Triple H in a no holds barred match
-Shane McMahon vs. The Miz
-Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles
-Buddy Murphy vs. Tony Nese for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship
-Kurt Angle vs. Baron Corbin
-Samoa Joe vs. Rey Mysterio for the U.S. Championship
-Asuka vs. TBD for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.
-Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal (Entrants: Braun Strowman)
Powell’s POV: WWE officially announced the U.S. Title match and Nese earned the WWE Cruiserweight Title shot on Tuesday. Alexa Bliss has been named the host of the event, and Saturday Night Live’s Colin Jost and Michael Che are “special correspondents”. All signs point toward Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre, and Daniel Bryan vs. Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship being added to the lineup, but those matches are not official.
WWE has also announced Mandy Rose vs. Sonya Deville vs. Naomi vs. Carmella in a four-way for Tuesday’s Smackdown with the winner advancing to challenge Asuka at WrestleMania.
