NXT Takeover: New Orleans, ROH Supercard of Honor, WrestleMania 34 weekend continues with Pro Wrestling Revolver, Progress, Shimmer, CZW, WWN Style Battle, House of Hardcore 40 (reports needed on all events)

-The NXT Takeover: New Orleans event will be held tonight in New Orleans at Smoothie King Center. The loaded show includes Johnny Gargano vs. Tommaso Ciampa with Gargano’s future in NXT on the line, and a six-man ladder match to determine the first NXT North American Champion. Join John Moore for live coverage of the event as the show streams on WWE Network at 7CT/8ET. Dot Net Members will hear John’s audio review late tonight.

-The Ring of Honor Supercard of Honor event goes down tonight in New Orleans at the UNO Lakefront Arena. The online pay-per-view features the big Kenny Omega vs. Cody showdown match, and is co-headlined by Dalton Castle vs. Marty Scurll for the ROH Championship. -WWE Axxess continues today beginning this morning at 8CT at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. Sunday’s Axxess event will also begin at 8CT. The tournament for title shots for the WWE UK Championship, the NXT North American Title, the NXT Tag Titles, and the NXT Women’s Championship will continue today and the title matches will take place on Sunday morning.

-ROH is holding a Festival of Honor event at the UNO Lakefront Arena beginning at 12:30CT. The event is free for fans attending tonight’s Supercard of Honor show.

-There is a “Something to Wrestle With” live special today hosted by Conrad Thompson and Bruce Prichard at 2CT at the House of Blues in New Orleans.

-House of Hardcore 40 is at the Sugar Mill tonight at 11CT tonight with the following advertised matches: The first Twitch TV Champion will be crowned via Sami Callihan facing the winners of the Swoggle vs. Alex Reynolds and Willie Mack vs. Killer Kross matches that will take place earlier in the show. Jerry Lynn will be the special referee for the title match. Plus, Killer Elite Squad vs. Tommy Dreamer and Billy Gunn in a Bourbon Street Fight, and The Rock-N-Roll Express and a mystery partner vs. The Squad. The event will be streamed live for free via the HOH page on Twitch TV.

-Kaiju Big Battel is in Kenner, New Orleans at Pontchartrain Convention Center tonight at 11:55.

-Impact Wrestling color commentator and wrestler Sonjay Dutt (Retesh Bhalla) is 36.

-Blackjack Mulligan (Robert Windham) died on April 7, 2016 at age 73. The Hall of Famer is the father of Barry and Kendall Windham, the father in-law of Mike Rotunda, and the grandfather of Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas.
