Ring of Honor is advertising the following matches for the Supercard of Honor event, which will be held on April 7 in New Orleans, Louisiana at the UNO Lakefront Arena.
-Kenny Omega vs. Cody.
-Dalton Castle vs. Marty Scurll for the ROH Title.
-The Briscoes vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi and Jay Lethal for the ROH Tag Titles.
-Punishment Martinez vs. Tomohiro Ishii.
-Kota Ibushi vs. Adam Page.
-Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, and Scorpio Sky vs. Matt Taven, Vinny Marseglia, and TK O’Ryan for the ROH Six-Man Tag Titles.
-The semifinals and finals of the Women of Honor Title tournament.
Powell’s POV: The new addition to the lineup is the ROH Six-Man Tag Title match. The match itself should be good, but I have no idea who they expect the fans to cheer for given that both teams are heels. The semifinals of the WOH tournament are set, but I will avoid listing them here due to spoiler reasons since the matches have yet to air on television. You can find the updated bracket here. This event will air on the HonorClub streaming service and will run head-to-head with the NXT Takeover: New Orleans show. ROH is also advertising Kenny King, SoCal Uncensored, The Young Bucks, Jay Lethal, Silas Young, and Flip Gordon.

Maybe the fans will just cheer for good wrestling or who they want to win.Afterall that should be goal….a good competitive match. I think doing everything face/heel gets overplayed and tends to cheapen, and dumb down the product.
