I really enjoy this podcast.
It was asked if we are running out of firsts for the women’s division. I have some suggestions about milestones which have not yet been reached, besides the Elimination Chamber and main eventing Wrestlemania.
1. First time ever when half the roster in WWE was comprised of women.
2. First time ever when half the matches at a PPV were women’s matches
3. First time ever when half the matches at Wrestlemania were women’s matches.
4. First time ever the men in WWE is considered “the men’s division” and the WWE/Universal title has “Men’s” attached to it
OR
5. First time ever one of the women’s titles is renamed so that there are 2 WWE Championships: “WWE Champion (Women’s)” and “WWE Champion (Men’s)”
6. First time(?) the Women’s Division gets Tag Team championships
7. First time the women in WWE get a secondary title to compete for (= to U.S. or Intercontinental)
8. First time the women get a separate division based on weight class like the men have. (I recommend a Heavyweight Division for wrestlers like Nia Jax, Tamina Snuka, Piper Niven and Lady Tapa).
9. First time a top men’s title is held by a woman. Many will scoff at this, but Chyna was Intercontinental Champion. It could happen one day.
10. First time a woman wins the men’s royal rumble.
