Jim Ross added to the NXT Takeover: Chicago broadcast

WWE has announced that Jim Ross and Nigel McGuinness will call the WWE UK Championship match together at Saturday’s NXT Takeover: Chicago event.

Powell’s POV: It’s a busy week for JR, as he and McGuinness will also be the broadcast team for the WWE UK Championship special that will air on WWE Network on Friday (and apparently the night before based on the WWE Network schedule). Plus, Ross will be doing his one-man show in Chicago prior to Sunday’s pay-per-view. He’s also on AXS on Friday night for the New Japan Pro Wrestling show. He’s a pretty busy guy considering that WWE once described his departure from the company as his retirement.
