Powell’s POV: Roode is a guy who isn’t getting as much call-up discussion amongst fans. It’s probably because he’s facing Shinsuke Nakamura, who is at the top of everyone’s wish list to be called up. That said, at age 39, it’s not like there’s much for a veteran like Roode to learn in NXT, so hopefully his time will come sooner rather than later as well. Roode spoke more about his time in NXT and where he wants to go whenever he is called up to the main roster.
