-The live broadcast of WWE Smackdown will be held tonight in Des Moines, Iowa at Wells Fargo Arena. The advertised main event is New Day vs. The Lucha Dragons for the WWE Tag Team Championship. WWE is also advertising Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Sheamus, Kevin Owens, Kane, and Bray Wyatt. Join us for live coverage of WWE Smackdown as the show airs on USA Network at 7:00 p.m. CT.

-The WWE segment on ESPNews is scheduled to return tonight during the 8:00 p.m. CT hour. Former WWE broadcast team member and bastion of pro wrestling journalistic excellence Jonathan Coachman hosts SportsCenter throughout the hour and runs through several “moments of the week” clips from Raw before conducting an interview with a WWE wrestler. The advertised guest is Big Show.
-Doc Gallows (a/k/a Drew Hankinson) is 32 today. The Bullet Club member was born on December 22, 1983. He wrestled as Festus and Luke Gallows during his WWE career. He teams with Karl Anderson in New Japan Pro Wrestling and at times in Ring of Honor and Global Force Wrestling. He is married to “Bullet Babe” Amber O’Neal.
-Myzteziz (a/k/a Luis Ignacio Urive Alvirde) is 33 today. He was born on December 22, 1982. He worked as Místico earlier in his career and also had a run as Sin Cara in WWE. He had a disappointing run as Sin Cara in WWE. He recently made news for leaving AAA for the Lucha Libre Elite promotion. He actually now goes by the name Carístico, which combines the Sin Cara and Mistico names.
