The NWA Tag Titles changed hands at Saturday’s Ring of Honor event in Chicago, Illinois. Royce Isaacs and Thomas Latimer defeated PCO and Brody King to become the new champions.
Powell’s POV: This appears to be the final act of the working agreement between the NWA and ROH. The two sides agreed to go separate ways recently, but it’s good to see that the relationship is professional enough that PCO and King dropped the tag titles to a pair of NWA wrestlers at the ROH taping. The match is not included on the HonorClub stream of last night’s event. Rather, the NWA has announced that footage of the match will be released this week.
