John Cena was asked whether Goldberg and Undertaker should retire following their match at the WWE Super ShowDown event. Cena said he feels an individual’s career is up to the individual. “I’ve been having the same conversation with myself and I’m only 42,” Cena said. Watch the video below or at TMZ.com.
Powell’s POV: Cena has a full plate with his Hollywood career and it leaves very little time for WWE these days. It will be interesting to see if he pulls the trigger on retirement or opts to continue working occasionally for the company.

wwe booked cena as there top guy from roughly 2006-2015 and there was never a pay off. whatever you think of cena there should have been. to respect the history. cena should have faced rollins, reigns, or lesnar in the mainevent of wrestlemanin on his way out. cena vs rollins would have been the best main event for wrestlemania 2015 for example. the mainevent of wrestlemania 2018 would have made more sense if cena had took that beating and reigns had come to his aid.
