1. Bram defeated Kid Fite, Aaron Echo, Jody Fleisch, DCT, Joe Hendry, Ravie Davie in a ladder match to become No. 1 contender.
2. “Polo Promotions” Jackie Polo and Mark Coffey defeated “The Marauders” Mike Bird and Wild Boar to win the ICW Tag Team Titles.
3. Kenny Williams defeated Rey Mysterio. This was Mysterio’s ICW debut match.
4. Stevie Boy defeated Chris Renfrew, Jimmy Havoc, Mikey Whiplash in a King of Insanity Deathmatch.
5. Kasey defeated Kay Lee Ray and Viper in a cage match to win the ICW Women’s Title.
6. Lionheart defeated Zack Gibson and Rob Van Dam in an elimination match.
7. “Kinky Party” Jack Jester and Sha Samuels defeated “The Kings of Catch” Lewis Girvan and Aspen Faith.
8. ZeroG Champion BT Gunn defeated World Heavyweight Champion Joe Coffey in a Champion vs Champion title unification match to become the Undisputed Champion.
