Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian defeated War Machine to win the ROH Tag Titles at Monday’s live event in Dearborn, Michigan. In related news, Raymond Rowe of War Machine announced that he was heading home due to doctor’s orders and will miss Wednesday’s event in Toronto.
Powell’s POV: It’s interesting that Rowe said he would miss the Toronto event, yet he did not mention Saturday’s show in New York City. We are not aware of Rowe suffering an injury, so this may be storyline related. If the title change was not triggered by an injury, then it’s a strange move given that War Machine just scored the biggest win of their ROH run on Sunday night over The Briscoes only to drop the tag titles a night later in an unadvertised match.
We are looking for correspondents for ROH in Dearborn, Toronto, and New York this week. If you attend a show, you are encouraged to send a report to dotnetjason@gmail.com
