Randy Orton made an interesting Instagram post early Monday morning that seems to be an All Elite Wrestling teaser. Orton posted a photo of himself next to an “Elite Level” sign and wrote “tick tock tick tock” and then listed Scott Dawson, Dash Wilder, Luke Harper, Riddick Moss, Cody, Chris Jericho, and Elias’s names. Orton also listed Jacksonville, Florida, which is the home of the Khan family, which owns AEW.
Powell’s POV: Harper publicly announced that he requested his release in April, and Dawson and Wilder reportedly made a similar request. I’m not sure why Moss and Elias were included. Orton’s message either a teaser for the future, a leverage play, or Orton is just having some trolling fun. It’s clever and fun regardless of the intent, though I’m not sure Vince McMahon will see it that way.
