MLW promoter Court Bauer announced during a conference call with the pro wrestling media that Mance Warner suffered a collapsed lung over the weekend. Bauer noted that Warner has been pulled from the MLW and The Crash event that will be held on Saturday in Tijuana, Mexico.
Powell’s POV: Warner tweeted (see below) about the injury and was not sure when he will be healthy enough to return to the ring. Here’s wishing him the best in his recovery. The Court Bauer conference call will be available this afternoon as a free podcast. We are looking for reports from all MLW events, including Saturday’s show with The Crash. If you are going and want to help, email me at dotnetjason@gmail.com.
