All Elite Wrestling executive Tony Khan spoke with the media at the promotion’s rally on Tuesday in Jacksonville, Florida. Watch the video below or via Youtube.com.
Powell’s POV: Khan covered a lot of ground during his scrum with the various media members who attended the event. He noted that he doesn’t have any free time as it is and sees even less in his future due to AEW. He didn’t get into any specifics regarding how AEW contracts, though he did say that full-time wrestlers will have healthcare benefits. He also spoke about his passion for pro wrestling and his goal of revolutionizing the industry. One key item is that he noted that he feels strongly about the sporting aspect of pro wrestling and treating it like a legitimate competition, which is encouraging.
