In doing show, Massaro alleged that she was sexually assaulted while visiting a U.S. military base in Kuwait. She said she was examined by a company physician who then informed WWE executives. She claims the executives apologized for their negligence, then “persuaded her that it would be best not to report it to appropriate authorities.” Read more at BostonGlobe.com.
Powell’s POV: As for the head trauma, Massaro said she suffered several concussions, including one that knocked her out for five minutes. She said she received no treatment and was simply told to “shake it off.” Massaro also claims that Vince McMahon ordered a backstage crew member to cut a cast off her hand several weeks before it was scheduled to be removed so that she could perform. Massaro tells a very ugly story about her time in WWE. Meanwhile, WWE has yet to respond to her claims.
