WWE Raw preview: First show under Paul Heyman, Wild Card rule update, two matches advertised

By Jason Powell, ProWrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

WWE has announced the following matches and segments for Monday’s WWE Raw television show.

-Braun Strowman vs. Bobby Lashley in a Falls Count Anywhere match.

-New Day vs. The Viking Raiders.

Powell’s POV: There’s no word yet as to whether Paul Heyman will appear on camera in his new role as the executive director of Raw. The company sent out emails for Raw that seemed to indicate that he and Eric Bischoff would appear on camera on their respective shows, but that’s not teased in any way in the WWE website preview. Meanwhile, their preview mentions that New Day are appearing as part of the wild card rule, so apparently that’s still in play even though the company stopped playing it up on last week’s television show. They have not indicated which two members of New Day will be in the match. Raw will be held on Monday in Dallas, Texas at American Airlines Center.
