Preston City Wrestling is holding a Lionheart tribute event on Friday in Preston, England at Evoque Nightclub. WWE has granted permission to a number of talents who worked with Lionheart to appear at the show. NXT UK wrestler Ligero took to Twitter to announce that he will he working the event. Additional names will be announced imminently. All profits from raffle, merchandise, and ticket sales will be donated the parents of the late Adrian “Lionheart” McCallum to help with funeral costs. For more information, visit the PCW Facebook Page.
Gleed’s Analysis: Lionheart was synonymous with PCW. It’s the promotion he worked most often while in England and he was very close with members of management and the wrestlers. This is a wonderful tribute and the evening promises to be an emotional night that will let fans say goodbye while also helping his family. Kudos to WWE for allowing their contracted talent to appear.
This Friday night I’ll be making a return to @PCW_UK for this tremendous cause, as British wrestling pays tribute to the life of one of the building blocks of the scene, Adrian ‘Lionheart’ McCallum.
A big thank you to @WWE for helping make this happen.#Lionheart#Believe pic.twitter.com/T3AGXMMWDy

UK fans: This Friday, PCW dedicates the night to our brother Lionheart.
I encourage you to attend, boo, cheer, share your energy with the boys and girls who will give you a helluva show for a guy who loved our business and the fans as much as anyone I’ve ever known. #lionheart pic.twitter.com/hGkFHBzFnk
