Thursday’s Impact Wrestling television drew 299,000 total viewers on Pop TV, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 308,000 viewers the show accumulated the previous week.
Powell’s POV: The show dipped below the 300,000 mark while opposed by an NBA playoff game that topped over five million viewers for TNT. The number was still up compared to a year ago when Impact Wrestling produced 260,000 viewers viewers for the Thursday, May 3 edition.

Clearly, a portion of the Impact audience are well rounded sports fans. As stated, ratings are still up from last year. Impact is putting programming on people are more interested in than in previous years.
If only they could get out of the Impact Zone to anywhere with an enthusiastic wrestling crowd.
