WWE released Abbey Laith (Kimberly Frankele) from her contract on Thursday, according to ProwrestlingSheet.com.

Powell’s POV: Neither WWE nor Laith have confirmed the release. WWE rarely addresses wrestlers being released from developmental deals, so that’s par for the course. Laith, who was known as Kimber Lee on the independent scene, wrestled in the Mae Young Classic and has been used sparingly on television since then.

  1. That’s disappointing. I hope she’s able to land in RoH. She seems like she’d be a good fit there in their expanding women’s division.
