WWE revealed its 2017 second quarter financial results on Thursday. The company reported $5.1 million net income compared to $0.8 million net income in the second quarter of 2016. “We are pleased with our ongoing efforts to execute our multi-platform content strategy as evidenced by the continued year-over-year growth of WWE Network, the increased production of localized programming across platforms and markets, and the attraction of new sponsors,” Vince McMahon stated in the press release.
