The Sportatorium in Tampa, Florida will be auctioned off on Saturday morning. Nicole Alonso, who is the daughter of the late Mike Graham (a/k/a Mike Gossett) and the granddaughter of Eddie Graham (Edward Gossett), toured the Sportatorium for the first time since her father sold it in 1996 and discussed the experience and her memories in a piece written by Paul Guzzo of TBO.com.
Powell’s POV: The story also notes that Alonso’s childhood home is for sale as well. Mike Graham sold the house in 1992 and the structure was demolished, but the owner kept the “4” shaped pool that Graham had built as a tribute to his figure four finisher.
