Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite television show produced 759,000 viewers for Wednesday’s episode on TNT, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The viewership count was down from the 963,000 viewers who watched last week’s episode.
Powell’s POV: AEW finished sixth in the cable ratings in the 18-49 demographic. AEW won the weekly battle over NXT by 179,000 viewers. It’s hard to reach much into either brand’s number this week, as the seventh game of the World Series hurt both shows with 23.013 million viewers for Fox.
For AEW 1.4 million to 759K. AEW lost 641K in 4 weeks.
NXT debuted with 1.1 million viewers on USA. Now it’s down to 500K. They lost 600K since their debut. AEW has actually lost more viewers in their debut than NXT has.
Doesn’t take away from the fact that AEW still had more viewers than NXT…for the 5th week in a row. Have a good day.
They’re barely beating the development/”C” show. It’s comical how far the AEW fanboys will go to defend this crap. It’s a bad product getting bad ratings and those ratings are dropping like a boulder to the bottom of a lake.
And how’s SmackDown doing on Fox there? They’ve already lost about 1.5 million viewers and the Fox executives are already talking about moving it to FS1. It’s comical how far WWE fanboys will go to defend this crap. It’s a bad product getting bad ratings and those ratings are dropping like a boulder to the bottom of a lake like they have for over a decade now. XD
I’d say that you should go diddle your mom some more, but I’m sure she’s worn out by now.
WWE is almost unwatchable these days, and they’re still light years ahead of AEW in literally every single metric that matters.
Oh, and Smackdown hasn’t lost anything close to 1.5 million viewers. They had a down week with their product on a channel that’s in fewer households than TNT is, but bounced back to 2.5 million this week.
