The following matches are advertised for Saturday’s WWE Money in the Bank in New Orleans, Louisiana, at Smoothie King Center.
-Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight for the World Heavyweight Championship
-Sol Ruca vs. Lola Vice vs. Jacy Jayne vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Lash Legend vs. Tiffany Stratton in a Money in the Bank ladder match
-Bron Breakker vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Trick Williams vs. Penta vs. CM Punk vs. Kevin Owens in a Money in the Bank ladder match
-Oba Femi vs. Bronson Reed
-Stephanie Vaquer vs. Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan in a Triple Threat for the Women’s World Championship
Powell’s POV: Vaquer interfered during Monday’s Lynch vs. Morgan match that was supposed to determine the No. 1 contender. Vaquer requested the Triple Threat, and Raw General Manager Adam Pearce obliged. The MITB ladder match winners will receive a contract for a title match of their choosing at any time and place within the next 12 months.
As of last Tuesday, WrestleTix listed the venue as being set up for 11,610 with 9,607 tickets distributed. The total number of seats on the map is 17,197. The last time WWE ran the venue, 9,837 tickets were distributed for the February 21, 2025, edition of SmackDown.
Join me for my live review on Saturday as WWE MITB streams live on ESPN Unlimited (or Netflix internationally) at 5CT/6ET. Jake Barnett and I will team up for a same-night audio review for Dot Net Members (including our Patreon patrons).
