By Jason Powell, ProWrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

Jim Ross is scheduled to have another brain surgery. The legendary AEW broadcast team member shared the news via social media. “Getting another brain surgery Wednesday morning to address an issue with my shunt,” Ross wrote. “Positive thoughts appreciated. Thanks.” Follow him on Twitter/X.

Powell’s POV: The 74-year-old Ross underwent his first brain surgery on August 12. “A hole will be drilled in my skull, and a small tube will be inserted reachinto [sic] my stomach to better manage/drain excess brain fluid,” Ross wrote ahead of his first procedure. Here’s wishing JR the very best with this surgery and his other health issues.
