4/10 NXT UK TV results with Haydn Gleed’s summary

By Haydn Gleed, ProWrestling.net Staffer (@haydngleed)

The following are the results of the NXT UK television show that aired Thursday, April 10 on WWE Network.

1. Travis Banks defeated Kassius Ohno.

2. Piper Niven defeated Killer Kelly.

3. Joseph Conners defeated Jack Starz.

4. Toni Storm defeated Jinny to retain the UK Women’s Championship.

Gleed’s Ramblings: A decent enough show with the women taking center stage. Niven got a somewhat dominant victory on her NXT UK debut and then followed up by building some excitement for the match down the line between her and Rhea Ripley. Although this show was taped before the NXT Takeover: New York that featured the great match between Walter and Pete Dunne, there were countless references to the event, as well as a strong promo from Jordan Devlin discussing the result of the match. As a regular viewer of ROH, this was somewhat jarring, although this should be the way taped shows are laid out if properly organized.
