Paul “Triple H” Levesque suffered what is believed to be a torn pectoral muscle during the WWE Crown Jewel main event on Friday. “As a result, The Game plans to return to the United States this week to undergo surgical repair,” reads an update at WWE.com.
Powell’s POV: Based on the wording of the WWE website story, it seems the WWE medical team is confident in their diagnosis of the torn pectoral muscle. For those who didn’t see the show, Levesque was down for some time, but he eventually returned to the ring and finished his tag match with Shawn Michaels against Undertaker and Kane.
