There will not be a new “Something Else To Wrestle With” streaming on WWE Network today as scheduled. Conrad Thompson announced that he and co-host Bruce Prichard filmed the show that focussed on ECW, but it will not stream today as scheduled due to “creative differences” between them and WWE officials. Thompson added that the show will instead be available on Friday. “We’re not going to change the narrative,” Thompson said. “I don’t want to whitewash everything that ECW was, so I’m fighting for it.”
Powell’s POV: Thompson noted that WWE wanted to edit the show in a way that would have left him and Prichard unhappy with the finished product. This is actually good promotion for the show, though it remains to be seen whether this will put a strain on the relationship between the hosts and WWE officials going forward. Check out Thompson’s video statement on the matter below.
Heads up @PrichardShow fans! No #SomethingElseToWrestle on the @WWENetwork today. @bruceprichard and I shot the show this past weekend but “creative differences” are going to keep us off the air today. I’m fighting for us, the fans. Tune in this Friday for WWE’s ECW. pic.twitter.com/8EBqRhIRR9

Guess WWE didn’t want to hear the truth, that they fucked up ECW because as usual, they can’t properly do anything right with something they never created yet, they riped off from, to begin with.
Indubitably!
Wow, no one saw this coming. I have no idea why they’re even on WWEN.
The episode about why they parted ways with WWE with be interesting.
So the real surprise is that it took this long before WWE had any problems with anything they said? I mean, really? Who didn’t see this coming at some point?
