The following matches are advertised for the WWE Fastlane event that will be held on March 11 in Columbus, Ohio at Nationwide Arena.
-AJ Styles vs. Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn vs. Baron Corbin vs. Dolph Ziggler in a five-way for the WWE Championship.
-The Usos vs. New Day for the Smackdown Tag Titles.
-Charlotte Flair vs. Ruby Riott for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.
-Bobby Roode vs. Randy Orton for the U.S. Championship.
Powell’s POV: It will be interesting to see if WWE adds wrestlers to the tag title and U.S. Title match. The Bludgeon Brothers are obvious candidates for the tag title match, and Jinder Mahal is a potential addition to the U.S. Title match. It will be interesting to see who Shinsuke Nakamura works on this show. One can only assume that they want to send him into WrestleMania on a roll, but at this point he doesn’t have an obvious opponent.
