Chris Jericho vs. Kenny Omega has been announced for New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Wrestle Kingdom 12 event on January 4, 2018 in Tokyo, Japan at the Tokyo Dome. A video featuring Jericho issuing the challenge aired on the NJPW Power Struggle event. Jericho and Omega had a recent Twitter feud to set up the match.
Powell’s POV: Jericho shocks the pro wrestling world again. How cool is this? There’s no word yet as to what this means for Jericho and WWE or NJPW and WWE for that matter, but the true dream match is obviously huge news for NJPW.

Yawn.
Let’s see if Omega can do a match that doesn’t involve spending 50% of the time outside the ring and kicking out of finishers 5 times.
Jericho is better than this.
LOL. Jericho knows talent, unlike yourself.
Now, Chris Jericho is going back to NJPW to face Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12. Did you know? Goldberg was going to face Manabu Nakanishi at January 4, 2000 Tokyo Dome show but he was too injured to face him. So, I think Goldberg should have his chance to face Nakanishi at Wrestle Kingdom 12. The Young Bucks want Hulk Hogan to appear at Wrestle Kingdom 12 with them and Marty Scurll wants Steve Austin to appear at Wrestle Kingdom 12 with him.
