Powell’s POV: The first hour of Raw averaged 2.825 million viewers. Hour two drew 2.912 million viewers. The final hour of the show averaged 2.780 million viewers. Smackdown viewership numbers will likely be delayed until Thursday due to the Independence Day holiday.
