Thursday’s WWE Smackdown scored a 1.59 rating, down from the 1.65 rating the show drew last week. As previously noted, the show averaged 2.262 million viewers, down from last week’s 2.346 million viewers.
Powell’s POV: A rough night for Smackdown, as the show aired opposite and NBA playoff game that led the night with 5.229 million viewers. The move to USA Network was expected to lead to bigger numbers for Smackdown, but this week’s show is down compared to the May 14, 2015 Smackdown, which delivered a 1.79 rating with 2.528 million viewers.
