Paige’s in-ring career with WWE is reportedly finished

By Jason Powell, ProWrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

Paige (Saraya-Jade Bevis) will no longer be allowed to wrestle for WWE due to a neck injury. Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com reports that she was informed that WWE will not clear her medically following her latest injury. Read the full story at PWInsider.com.

Powell’s POV: Neither Paige nor WWE have addressed the matter publicly as of this update. WWE is still advertising her for the women’s Royal Rumble match. It’s obviously a sad situation for the 25 year-old Paige, who returned to WWE television in November after a long absence. She underwent neck surgery in October 2016. Her latest injury occurred when she was kicked in the back by Sasha Banks during a house show match.

  1. For all her mess, she was a talented kid who was perfect for the business. Hopefully she finds something fulfilling to fill that gap.
