Lady Frost (Brittany Steding) is a free agent. The 41-year-old veteran took to social media to comment on her departure after her contract with AEW expired. “As of today, I am a free agent,” Frost wrote on Wednesday. “I want to thank @TonyKhan for being an incredibly kind and passionate boss. I had some of the most incredible moments with @AEW, and I am so grateful for the years that I spent there. For now, I’m on the hunt. Onto the next…”
Powell’s POV: Frost’s last match in AEW was on the January 10 AEW Collision when she lost to Mina Shirakawa. It was her first AEW/ROH appearance since she lost to Diamante at the ROH SuperCard of Honor show on July 11, 2005. Only time will tell what’s next for her, but she would be a fine addition to the Knockouts Division if she’s interested in returning to TNA. Time flies, as Frost’s last TNA appearance was four years ago today, when she worked the Multiverse of Matches event during WrestleMania weekend on April 1, 2022, according to Cagematch.net.
