WWE Friday Night Smackdown finished with 888,000 viewers for FS1, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was down from the 2.418 million viewership for the previous week’s show.

Powell’s POV: Ouch. The show aired opposite the World Series, which took Smackdown’s place on Fox and delivered 12.220 million viewers. It’s worth noting that Friday’s Smackdown number is lower than any of the four episodes of AEW Dynamite on TNT thus far, though it did finish with more viewers than three of the four episodes of NXT that have aired head-to-head with AEW on USA Network.

  1. It was on FS1. That was expected. It’ll bounce back on Friday. AEW replay did not even make the top 150.
