-Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson praised the NWA Powerrr premiere episode via social media. “Stumbled across this show last night and enjoyed it,” Rock wrote. “I grew up in territories and started my career at channel 5 in Memphis so I have a lot of love/respect for small scale, crowd tv shows. Cool vintage feel. Keep working hard boys.”
-NWA executive Dave Lagana told The Wrap that of the more than 2 million minutes of NWA Powerrr watched on Youtube, 22.1 percent came over as suggested viewing from AEW Dark. Read the full story at TheWrap.com.
Powell’s POV: As of this update, Youtube lists over 147,000 views of NWA Powerrr. Meanwhile, the premiere edition of the AEW Dark online series is up to 380,000 views.
