Former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal revealed that he underwent surgery to repair a ruptured patellar tendon. Mahal noted that he suffered the injury during a June 15 match against Ali. “Happy to say surgery went well, and my knee was better than expected,” Mahal wrote on Instagram. “This comeback is going to be legendary.”
