CM Punk made an unadvertised appearance at Saturday’s MKE Wrestling event in West Allis, Wisconsin at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Punk wore a mask and his body was fully covered to the point that the live crowd was unaware that it was him. Punk interfered during the Ace Steel vs. Daryck St. Holmes match, performed his GTS finisher on St. Holmes, and quickly exited the building without revealing his identity.
Powell’s POV: Punk has not verified that he appeared under the mask nor commented on the event as of this update. Punk is longtime friends with Steel and this was the final event to be held at the KOC Hall where Punk worked during his independent career. Silas Young, who can be seen filming Punk’s appearance with his cellphone in the video below, had some fun with this on Twitter by noting that “some PUNK” interfered in a match.
