WWE Network Notables: New women’s documentary, WCW Thunder added

By Jason Powell, Prowrestling.net Editor (@prowrestlingnet)

-A new WWE 24 documentary will premiere on WWE Network tonight after Raw. The description reads as follows: “Female Superstars are redefining sports entertainment with groundbreaking matches and the addition of Ronda Rousey to a star-studded roster.”

-WWE has added over 70 “WCW Thunder” episodes to the WWE Network archives.

Powell’s POV: I compare the addition of WCW Thunder to the network to having a first aid kit. It’s good to know it’s there, but I hope I never have to use it. Seriously, folks, it was a terrible show way more often than not.

  1. Yeah but I compare it to Global(the 90’s Dallas version on ESPN) in that it was so bad it was good!! I will catch a few episodes.

    • But David Arquette won the World Title on Thunder! The greatest moment in the history of this sport! 🙂
