The thirteenth installment of the NWA’s “10 Pounds of Gold” digital series covers Nick Aldis returning to his native England as part of The Aldis Crusade series of NWA Title matches. Check out the video below or at the NWA Wrestling Youtube page.
Powell’s POV: Aldis is defending the NWA Title against over twenty opponents in over sixty days. Aldis told an interesting story about how a major name in the industry (revealed in the video) told him he hadn’t paid his dues. Aldis shoots down the belief that he was plucked from the UK Gladiators show without any pro wrestling experience when he was hired by TNA. Aldis has always been a good talker, but he really shines in this format.
