Monday’s WWE Raw scored a 2.23 rating, up from the 2.21 rating the show drew last week. Raw averaged 3.18 million viewers, down from the 3.28 million average from last week.
Powell’s POV: A decrease in viewership coming out of Extreme Rules, yet an increase in the rating compared to last week. Both numbers were up from last year when the February 27, 2017 edition delivered a 2.16 rating with 3.092 million viewers.
