Report by Dot Net reader John Murren

1. Finn Balor over Bo Dallas.

2. The Revival over Apollo Crews and Titus O’Neil. Dawson pinned Apollo with his feet on the ropes.

3. Goldust beat Curt Hawkins. Goldust rolled up Hawkins in under two minutes. Hawkins then challenged anyone in the back to come out and fight him….cue Braun Strowman.

4. Braun Strowman beat Curt Hawkins. Braun squashed him, biggest pop of the day.

5. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson beat Rhyno and Heath Slater.

6. Matt Hardy pinned Bray Wyatt. Hardy won after the Twist of Fate. Lots of hijinks and theatrics. The Woken character wasn’t particularly over.

7. Cedric Alexander over Jack Gallagher. A lot of comedy.

8. Asuka and Bayley beat Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax. I felt like Auska had the smallest pop of the women.

9. Seth Rollins and Roman Reins defeated Sheamus, Cesaro, and Elias. Elias did his guitar schtick and insulted the crowd to great heat. Seth played face in peril to a T. The crowd was huge into Roman.

The crowd was better than expected for Super Bowl Sunday, maybe 60/70 percent full in the lower bowl. Quite a lot of floor seats were empty. The crowd was for the most part into it.
